All Pro Performance Events have a “stay to play” hotel policy. This policy means that all attendees/guests in need of accommodations that travel from outside of a 70 mile radius are required to book them through our travel partner, Team Travel Source (TTS) to participate in the event. This policy helps to ensure sufficient availability at awesome hotels. Due to our volume of rooms, we are able to guarantee the best available rates that cannot be found for any less directly at the property or online. Rooms will book up quickly so please book well in advance. We have a strict stay to play policy. Any teams not booking a minimum of 30 room nights through TTS, will have to pay a $600 additional fee.
